Happy End of Month! Soothe & Clarify Update!

Happy End of Month!
Soothe & Clarify have started being pulled for shipments 🤩🥳
Let’s have an enjoyable day as we say goodbye to the end of hustle culture.
A few things to keep in mind:
  • Recognition for all you have achieved will be celebrated in April on the live call here April 13th and via email. Our goal for shipping certificates and rewards will be to mail them out by the 15th of the following month.
  • End of month is midnight pacific time.
  • If you or a team member have any issues with orders or signups as you finish end of month, send an email to support@alignyourskin.com you can expect to hear from them Monday.
  • We will have winners of the bundles incentive next week! (And, look forward to leaderboards for challenges like this in the future.)
As an executive team, we are thrilled with all the ground we covered this first month at ALIGN. Let’s celebrate!

3/28/23 – Duplicate Orders Update

Update on Duplicates – We have isolated the issue and determined why some orders were sent a duplicate Red Light Wand and corrected this issue with our shipping partner. We appreciate your patience as we have been working through these initial adjustments with our shipping partner.
We do have a full list of Ambassadors and Customers who were sent a duplicate product. We are currently responding to those who have already contacted support but will be reaching out to those who have not yet contacted support shortly.
In regards to your duplicate products, you or your customers have the following options available:
Option One) Return the duplicate product that was sent to you in error. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to make this process as easy as possible.
Option Two) Keep the duplicate product at a discounted price. There will be no shipping charges.
If you are an Ambassador please note this volume will be non-commissionable and will not count towards your Personal Volume, Ambassador Volume, Quickstart or any other tiers in the Abundance Plan. Due to the processing of this duplicate we are unable to add this volume to your Ambassador account.

*Update on Clarify & Soothe – Clarify & Soothe are complete at the manufacturer! Yay! They are now being picked up from our manufacturer and shipped to our Salt Lake based shipping partner. Our next update on Clarify & Soothe will be when they are officially ready to ship to you and your customers.

Outline for those of you who aren’t video people!

  • Soothe & Clarify look great.  Watch the video to “see” them. They are being shrink wrapped, finish filling and then sent to our fulfillment center. We are NOT giving a specific date until they are arriving at the fulfillment center.
  • Renew Serum- we are getting some feedback that it’s hard to get out of the container. We have a few tips and tricks to get it out: shake well, warm it up, squeeze at the VERY TOP right under the rim, and if all else fails, you can remove the plug completely. Renew will have a different topper or different packaging altogether in the future.
  • We have had a few mis-picks with Red Light Wand. If you are missing one from your order, please email support@alignyourskin.com

We are frustrated that packaging and timelines have caused inconvenience and delay mostly because we understand how that impacts you as a field. We will continue to keep you updated and will also be working on improving our brand-new processes. Thank you for your patience as we are working through our initial bumps.

3/17/23 Soothe & Clarify Shipping Update
We wanted to update you on the anticipated ship date of ALIGN Skincare. At the time of our launch, we anticipated that ALIGN Skincare would be shipping between 3/13-3/17. Unfortunately, we have received an update from our manufacturer that they have run into a labeling issue with Clarify Exfoliating Cleanser and Soothe Whipped Cloud Cream. The labels are not properly adhering to the product and we are unwilling to ship you a product that is not up to our ALIGN standards. Clarify and Soothe will not be shipping this week and will be delayed.
While we originally stated we would not be split shipping, we have decided to split any orders that contained the ALIGN Red Light Wand and Renew Serum so that you can enjoy those ALIGN products as soon as possible. Your split ship order will ship this week as originally communicated.
ALL parties are working diligently to resolve this issue with Clarify and Soothe as soon as possible and provide you with the quality you expect from ALIGN. We are committed to providing you with another update on the anticipated ship date on Friday March 17th by end of day.
We know how important it is to deliver to the expectations we set as a brand and we are so sorry that you are going to be waiting longer than expected to get your ALIGN Skincare in the mail. For orders that have not shipped, we will be offering a $10 ALIGN credit as our gift to you for your patience and support! This will be emailed out to affected orders shortly.

As promised, we wanted to provide you with an update on shipping and orders containing Clarify and Soothe.
Split shipping has begun. We have over 600 orders that have moved to “started” or “shipped” in our fulfillment center. That also means tracking emails have started going out. One piece of awesome news is that our fulfillment and website are communicating about orders going out, the bad news is, they’re not communicating perfectly. That means some of you are getting tracking emails that include Soothe & Clarify on the tracking sheet. Please be aware that while the tracking information is right, the only products being shipped are the Red Light Wand and Renew. You will receive more tracking information when the rest of your skincare gets sent.
Regarding Clarify Exfoliating Cleanser and Soothe Whipped Cloud Cream, relabeling and completion of these two products is beginning today and will take 1-3 business days. With that information, we are hopeful that they will begin transport to our shipping partner in the later part of next week where they will be processed in and prepared to ship. This does mean that these two products may not ship until 3/27-3/30. This is the most realistic timeframe we have at this time and will provide an update when they begin shipping from our warehouse in the Salt Lake area to you.
Don’t forget that as our apology to you, we emailed a $10.00 savings for your next order with a coupon code. The code expires May 31, 2023.

3/8/23 Week One Update with Jesi

PayDay

  • Our first ALIGN payday is Friday. Anyone who has earned commissions and correctly entered banking information will be getting paid.
  • Anyone who earned commissions and didn’t have their information in correctly has (and will) be notified by support so they can be paid next week.
  • We know that as you enter account and routing information here in your dashboard, the numbers disappear (that was on purpose to protect your account number visually on your end) and then show up again scrambled (also on purpose-your information is safely saved and encrypted.

This process will be improved 2 ways:

  1. Your account number will show partially with XXXX’s or all XXXX’s and you will be notified with a pop-up that your information has been properly received
  2. We will be forcing the routing number to be 9 digits, that was a mistake that some people were making OR they were reversing account and routing information.

Abundance Plan Terminology Update “PV to “AV”

We want to clarify the terms in the Abundance Plan and your dashboard to be as clear as possible. Abundance Plan in Resources has already been adjusted and will all match everywhere in the coming days. But, let’s define them here.

QuickStart

We know that it’s hard to hit the ground running without product so everyone who joins through March 15 will have an extended QuickStart. All sales sold so far will count! Keep going and don’t hesitate to enroll and sell.

Consistency Bonus

Quarterly Consistency Bonus (See the Abundance Plan for more info) consists of Jan, Feb, March- then Apr, May, June- etc… We will be paying that $500 bonus on April 10th to anyone who has earned 10 points! How do you earn points?

1 point for every $1,000 in Ambassador Volume & 1 point for every frontline you sponsor (Example: You sold $5000 and mentored 5 new frontline OR you mentored 10 new frontline)

Body Butters

Body butters are officially formulated. Here’s what you need to know.

  • They are still a summer timeline (the more we sell, the more quickly we can roll out products. We’re a startup and self-funded so it takes time)
  • Dyes: All dyes are GRAS (generally recognizes as safe for consumption) rated. Safe!If someone doesn’t want any dye, we will have a dye-free, fragrance free option.

Calm Gentle Cleanser

Calm has also been approved and the ph has been adjusted. Dates for this release will be available as we have more information.
