Military wife, mom of 4 (including twins), basketball obsessed and found most often in an ALIGN sweatshirt with a messy bun, Jesi has spent her career in social selling across several recognizable and successful brands. Passionate about building businesses that create positive change in the lives of others, Jesi has been an obsessive student of the social selling industry. After a few too many years playing small, Jesi had a single mindset shift moment that changed everything. Instead of asking herself, who am I to start my own social selling brand, she embraced the mindset of “Who am I NOT to do that?” With more than 15 years of social selling, sales, leadership and marketing experience, Jesi is our favorite hype woman creating fun products that you LOVE to use, share and sell AND studying all things marketing to create waves of change in social selling.

Shanae Arave

The zen in our trio, Shanae is a wife, entrepreneur and mom of 3 incredible teens. Shanae started her career as a music teacher and while she left behind the classroom, creating harmony is still one of her greatest skill sets. When Shanae stumbled upon social selling, she admittedly had NO idea what she was doing so instead of taking the fast track to success, she did what she does best. She studied, learned and taught herself how to create scalable systems, bulletproof actionable steps and created hacks to steadily work her way up the ladder. Shanae, alongside her husband have built multiple successful businesses including a team of over 10,000 in social selling. With her passion for planning ahead and her incredible ability to listen well, serve others and never stop learning, Shanae is the leader of our leaders. She is always teaching, training and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and move ALIGN forward!

Maria Oliver
Chief Financial Officer

The money boss, budget queen and Excel master, Maria is the one to keep the creatives in line and on track. A busy wife, stepmom, grandma and Lala (that means Aunt) Maria is ALWAYS on the go and most often found connecting on a Zoom or on an airplane. Maria’s social selling story starts like many good stories, she only joined because her sister told her to. She is the queen at working smarter and not harder and built a successful business in social sales on top of a busy and successful career in corporate finance. Maria is no nonsense and passionate about building ALIGN into a fiscally safe and responsible business that can stand the test of time. She loves to stay behind the scenes but she is always balancing the books and bugging us for receipts at 5AM. Maria is the no B.S. straight shooter of our crew with a big heart and a big vision for ALIGN in the future!
